consistency. Tests include micro, visual, size, bulk index, rehydration,
and organoleptic. Comprehensive pesticide screening programs performed on
all products.
Safety—HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practices), and AIB (American Institute of Bakers) compliant plants.
Ensured by over 500 hours of annual plant auditing and process
